By subscribing to the GRIM App, you agree to pay the monthly subscription fee using the payment method provided.

Subscription fees are non-refundable, and your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it before the next billing

cycle.

User Content:

You may have the opportunity to submit or upload content to the GRIM App, including videos, comments, or other materials. By

submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish,

translate, distribute, and display the content.

Prohibited Conduct:

You agree not to engage in any conduct that violates these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to: infringing

intellectual property rights, uploading malicious software, interfering with the functioning of the App, or engaging in illegal

activities.

Termination:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at any time, without prior notice, if you violate

these Terms and Conditions or if it is necessary to protect the security or integrity of the App.

Limitation of Liability:

We are not liable for any damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of your use of the App. We do not guarantee the availability,

accuracy, or reliability of the App or its content.

Governing Law:

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Montenegro. Any disputes

arising under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of
